Laying the heating cable in a layer of tile glue

Make the final concrete screed to hide the thermal insulation and prepare the base for laying the cable, wait until it dries.

According to your layout of the cable, lay the mounting tape (included in the system set) and fix it on the prepared base, with the distance between the strips of 50-80 cm.

You can also use a grid with a cell of about 2 cm instead of a mounting tape; the cable is attached to it with a wire, and the grid also acts as a reinforcing belt (it is mandatory to use it for wooden floors).

Lay and fasten the cable in accordance with the step you have chosen from the table. An example of cable installation is shown in the figure.

Apply a layer of tile adhesive, approximately 7-8 mm thick, to the heating element, using a notched trowel. After that, lay the tiles.

The first switch-on is made no earlier than 48 hours after the installation.
