Guarantee & Returns
All our products are accompanied by an official manufacturer’s guarantee. For all products of our store, a guarantee of 2 to 20 years is provided, depending on the category of goods. The guarantee period is indicated in the description of each product on our website. Confirmation of the guarantee is the manufacturer’s guarantee card with a note on the date of sale of the goods or a fiscal receipt. The completeness of the product is determined by the description of the product or the manual for its operation.
Exchange and return of working goods is possible during the first two weeks, not counting the day of purchase.
The returned goods must:
- keep sellable appearance and not contain traces of installation;
- have the packaging in which it was sold;
- work properly (except in cases of defective goods).
If the product does not meet these requirements, the manager has the right to refuse to accept the return.
In case you want to exchange goods, you can choose:
- the goods that are cheaper; in this case the store pays the difference;
- the goods that are more expensive; in this case you pay the difference.
You can exchange the goods for any other that we have on sale. Goods purchased by bank transfer are accepted for return only after consulting with the manager! When purchasing goods from our representatives, for issues of return and exchange, please contact the seller from whom you made the purchase.
In the event of a guarantee case, you can contact our company. Please keep the guarantee card with the sale date throughout the entire utilization cycle.
